RED MULLET

Found from the east coast of Africa, across the Pacific, to the west coast of Mexico and South America, this delicacy is suitable for most methods of cooking and has mild, white meat.

YELLOWFIN SOLE

LINE CAUGHT CAPE HAKE

COD

Probably the biggest staple of European seafood, Cod partially owes its popularity to its versatility. Like Cape hake, it can be enjoyed in a variety of preparations, from the simple to the extravagant. A great source of protein, it is rich in vitamin B and in nutritious minerals such as phosphorus.
